March 16, 2017 was an exciting day for Ocean View School’s inaugural class of Oak Ambassador trainees! Rain http://www.buy-trusted-tablets.com had twice delayed this field trip but this time we made it and it couldn’t possibly have been a more beautiful afternoon to be outdoors. We hiked the Vaminos Canyon trail and enjoyed making discoveries along the way. The Land Conservancy of San Luis Obispo County Stewardship Associate Judith Hildinger helped us learn about tuff and other cool stuff related to geology, soil and watershed science. Thanks to the Ocean View parents, teachers, staff, LATO volunteers and donors who make this program possible.
